I'm a mediocre cook (at best) and murder most (if not all) plants brought into my home. Luckily, there is one thing that I can do pretty darn well: write.
My name is Rachel Guyah (pronounced like the word "guy") and I'm a Minneapolis-based writer specializing in digital content strategy, creation, and optimization. That's fancy talk for saying that I write content for websites, emails, and blogs (amother other digital channels). I also write brochures, ads, and other print collateral as well.
To me, writing is like composing music. (I come from a musical family—kind of like the Osmonds. OK, nothing like the Osmonds.)
Like musical notes, individual words by themselves may not mean much. However, when words are carefully and strategically strung together, ah—that's when the real magic happens. That's when ordinary words become powerful purveyors of
prose, poetry. That's when ordinary words turn intro extraordinary vehicles of
they have the power to engage, excite, emote, encite action.

I currently live in the Minneapolis area with my amazing husband and adorable son.
When I'm not writing or changing diapers, you can find me reading, practicing Pilates, or referring to myself in the third person (moms tend to do this).
